I went online on a Friday to find someone to repair my dishwasher, and a technician came to my home the following Monday. The technician (Derrick) was prompt, did neat work (cleaned up after himself), seemed very competent, and communicated clearly and in a client-friendly way. After diagnosing the problem with my dishwasher, Derrick indicated that repairing it would cost almost as much as a new dishwasher would cost, so we did not ultimately have Derrick do the repair.

Very nice guy. He discovered in five minutes or less what I already knew only to find out suspension rods. Unfortunately, cost was too much. Customer service is very nice to work with me, but I did not make the repair.

Romolo called to come early, and called ahead to make sure it was ok. He and Derek replaced the fan, reassembled the fridge and cleaned-up after themselves. I would recommend them for other appliance repairs.

I needed a leaking dishwasher fixed so I called UDG and within 2 days Derek was at the house I was selling to fix the issue. Derek was very friendly, professional and thorough. He ran the dishwasher a couple of times because the leak wasn't showing up and when we were about to call it quits he was able to recreate the leak and diagnose the cause. Unfortunately the issue was not repairable but I really appreciate his service and expertise! Would highly recommend!

I called UDG because my dryer was grinding and clicking as it dried clothes. Derek arrived a bit early, took the dryer apart and found the clicking noise (the fan axis was stripped) and a piece of a metal clip that should not have been there). He even put up and kept working with my curiosity about everything with the dryer and kept working
And the neatest rechargeable flashlight with a magnet on one end.

Our washer slowly broke down over the course of a year. A technician came out and took a look at everything. I only paid 130 (with tax) for diagnostic and labor when other places would've charged me 145 for only diagnostics.
After a good look at everything they were very honest with me and told me it was time to get a new washer instead of doing bandaid repair after bandaid repair and draining my wallet. I really appreciate that. Absolutely would recommend them. Very friendly service, if they get something wrong (even if it's just with scheduling) they will fix it, and they are very honest.

He gave the dishwasher a complete check, and nothing was found, nor was it leaking. Probably operator error! He said he'd return if it did start leaking.
